heat source, The Castle Chafer is a self-
contained unit. If it is overheated the burner
is designed to shut off.
Completion Contact burns All Involved 2 2 4 Follow all manufacturer instructions. Switch off the 1 1 1
and storage gas burner and allow the entire unit to cool for 15
minutes. Clean the food pan, remove burner from
chafing dish and remove the gas cartridge from the
burner. Store the Chafer and burner together.
