Statement of the Problem

This study aims to provide the perception of the alumni on Terminal Competency

Assessment Program in one of the selected university in Metro Manila. Specifically, it seeks to

answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of - age, gender, civil status,

years of practice?

2. What are the perception of the respondents on the Terminal Competency Assessment

Program?

3. Is there a significant difference between male and female respondents regarding the

Terminal Competency Assessment Program?

4. What are the problems encountered by the graduate during Terminal Competency

Assessment Program in terms of Case selection and title approval, Patient Compliance,

Case discussion, Case presentation, Manuscript submission?

5. What are the possible solution offered to the problem?
