If there are more than 6 authors for a given work, list the first six and separate by commas. Following the sixth author add, ‘et al.’ Do
not use ‘&.’
Capitalize significant words in the title of a periodical. Italicize the name of the journal and volume number, but NOT the issue number.
Capitalize only the first significant word of a book title and subtitle and italicize the book title. For more information, consult
