The SPHRi™ program (2018) is divided into 4 modules, each of which builds on the preceding one and concludes with
a relative section in the examination. NOT all topic areas are given equal weight at each module of the SPHRi™ exams. The

Examination
 The SPHRi™ assessment is offered throughout the year. Exam is Computer-Based Testing conducted at a Prometric
Testing Center.
o Exam Duration: 2 hours & 30 minutes
o Exam Length: 105 Multiple Choice Questions + 25 Pre Test Questions
o Language : English .
Re-Certification
 SPHRi™ certification is valid for three (3) years after testing.
 To remain certified, one must earn 60 recertification credits over the three-year span or retake the exam.
Course Duration:
 84 hours.
