Greetings!
In connection with the collaboration effort of the Graduate School Studies and BSBA-Financial
Management Program of this college, there is in dire need for the students enrolled in this program to
have its contribution and support for the “Panagabuhian Project” for Brgy. Igmayaan, Don Salvador
Benedicto (DSB).
On Saturday August 19, 2017, we will be having our First GRADUATE SCHOOL STUDIES and BSBA –FM
EXTENSION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE “Pangabuhian Project” at Brgy. Igmayaan, Don Salvador
Benedicto, Negros Island Region, from 8:00 a.m, to 5:00 P.M.
With this, we would like to respectfully seek permission and approval from your good office to ask for a
voluntary contribution among our Graduate School Studies and BSBA students to help defray the
expenses for the above stated activity and purpose .Likewise, to excuse our MBA 2 and selected BSBA
students from their respective classes on the above mentioned date.

Service Project called “Pangabuhian Project” to be held at Brgy. Igmayaan, Don Salvador Benedicto,
Negros Occidental this August 19, 2017 (Saturday) 8: 00 a.m.
In relations to this, we would like to respectfully seek kind approval and support from your good office
to allow us to request from our students to bring some personal hygienic materials and a little of
grocery items intended for our beneficiary in the above mentioned barangay. This is to be done on a
voluntary basis.
We firmly believe that this strategy will help us build a good rapport with our beneficiaries.

Benedicto, Negros Occidental. This will be participated in by fifty (50) mothers of Barangay Igmayaan and Brgy.

Please see attached approved proposal submitted last month and the proposal for the Part 2 of the said training
program.
Furthermore, a Memorandum of Agreement on Part 2 of the training program is existing.
