• Nirbhaya Mishra (CA, CFA, MBA)

Nirbhaya Mishra has a rich blend of experience of over more than two decades in the areas of corporate
advisory, cross border transactions and resource raising. After completing MBA and CA/CFA. Nirbhaya
has worked with NECO Group of Industries in the corporate finance division, where he was responsible
for resource raising for the Group.
Nirbhaya played a pivotal role in implementing one of the first infrastructure projects under BOT basis as
part of private-public partnership. Thereafter Nirbhaya worked with Alankit Assignments Ltd. in the
Capital Market Division where he got exposed t0 capital market operations.
Nirbhaya worked with Indcap Financial Services (P) Ltd., boutique Investment Banking Company as VP
heading Northern India operations. Nirbhaya had been actively involved in the implementation of various
projects for several industries/companies.
After Indcap, Nirbhaya has been associated with Pulsar Knowledge Centre (PKC). PKC is a 100%
subsidiary of KIPCO group of Kuwait - initially promoted as in-house consulting arm PKC has evolved
itself into a full-fledged Consultancy Company. Nirbhaya was responsible for mobilizing Middle East
investment into India and helping Indian companies setting up their operation in Middle East.
Nirbhaya has helped few technology startups such as Vehere interactive (P) Ltd. Vehere has now become a
well-known name in the field of Homeland Security.

• Summeer Bajpai
Summeer is a MBA in Finance & Systems from MDI, Gurgaon and B.Tech from Aligarh Muslim
University (AMU). He has over 12 years of industry experience in transaction advisory including private
equity & debt transactions, alternative investments, Merger & Acquisitions involving due-diligence,
investment structuring, investment banking & entrepreneurship.
Summeer has lead teams in leading Corporates like Escorts Securities, Indcap Consulting Group and
managed Incidental Capital Services as founder-partner. Summeer has lead & supported consulting
assignments involving areas like equity investment, due-diligence, investment selection, debt syndication
& strategic advisory for leading Global corporates.
In his previous assignment as Country Head of India Advisory Services at PKC, the strategic consulting
arm of US$30 bn KIPCO Group, Summeer was active in sourcing & assessment of direct investment
opportunities in Indian corporate & PE Funds for GCC investors involving structuring relating to equity
investments and M&A transactions. He has successfully executed diverse due-diligence assignments
across sectors & geographies and is also regularly engaged in advising clients on capital raising and
Merger & Acquisition transactions
• Pravin Chobe (B.Com, FCA, ICWA)
Pravin Chobe has completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1996 from the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. He simultaneously pursued his ICWA course and completed his Cost Accountancy
in same year from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Initially he worked with Abhijeet
Group (erstwhile NECO) in Nagpur. Pravin has varied experience in project financing, accounting and
valuation. Pravin is statutory branch auditor to several public sector banks since 2000.

• Rashmi Joshi (MBA)

Holds a post graduate degree in MBA (finance) from Indraprastha University, Delhi and Bcom (H)
graduate from Delhi University.
Started career with Auxesia advisors as a financial analyst. Certification in Financial Modelling &
Company valuation.

• Palak Kwatra (B.Tech, MBA)

MBA from Birla Institute of Management Technology (2015-17).A Professional Holding Academic
knowledge of Financial Modelling and various valuation techniques and with comprehensive knowledge of
intermediate and advance excel tools. With Industry Experience of working with IndusInd bank, Certified
with NCFM modules.

• Prateek Kakkar(MSc Finance and Investment, BFIA)

Graduate of Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis from Amity University and post-graduate from
MSc Finance and Investment from University of Leeds, UK. He has working experience as an Intern in
Treasury department of Oriental Bank of Commerce and as a Financial Analyst at American Express.
He had cleared Financial Markets (both Beginners and Advanced) NCFM modules and presented a paper
on “Effect of change of Repo Rate on Interest Rates and Inflation”. He also has done research on topics
like “Does the Day of the Week E ect exist in Indian Foreign Exchange Market?” and “A study on Bond
market in India and comparing the returns of various investments.”
He joined Auxesia as a Financial Analyst and is skilled in Investment Banking, Financial Analysis,
Financial Management, Derivatives Strategies and Reconciliations.

• Rohit Garg (MBA Finance)

MBA from University School of Management, Kurukshetra University (2016-18). He has one year
working experience as an Accountant in Garg Trading Co., Panipat. He has secured 1st position in MBA
(Finance). He also cleared CA entrance level in his first attempt. He has earned Silver Level in ACT
Career Readiness CertificateTM. He presented a paper in International Seminar on “Exploring Self in
Digital Age – The Perspective of Shrimadbhagavadgita Philosophy”. He has comprehensive knowledge of
Tally and advance excel. He also done research on “Dynamic Relationship of Gold Prices, SENSEX,
Inflation Rate and Exchange Rate” and “Portfolio Management of Mutual Fund”. He joined Auxesia
Advisor (P) Ltd. as Analyst and skilled in Financial Analysis, Financial Management and Investment
Banking.
