    A key factor influencing the efficiency of gas transportation is the internal surface roughness of the steel pipe – the
    rougher the surface, the lower the efficiency.

    Flow coatings reduce this surface roughness allowing increased flow capacity through your pipeline.

    Jotapipe FC has been designed as a reliable solution to improve gas transmission efficiency, reduce transportation
    costs and maximise your return on investment.
    How it works
    When applied to the internal surface of steel pipes, Jotapipe FC reduces the surface roughness (Rz) from
    40-50 microns to even below 1 micron.

    In general, the higher the volume solids the smoother the internal surface and therefore the more
    efficient operation of the line.
