1. The Home Economics, Industrial Arts, and Agriculture Departments will Revitilize Science in DLL,
TOS, and Test Construction through Departmental Learning Action Cell on October 26, 2018, 8:00
o’clock in the morning to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon at Cosmetology Room, Guiguinto National
High School, Poblacion, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
2. This Departmental Learning Action Cell aims to:

a. refresh the participants’ knowledge on how to make test questions Table of
Specification;
b. revive their skills on Standard Test Construction and;
c. develop among them the value of having complete parts DLL.
3. The participant include the following:

a. JHS HOME ECONOMICS TEACHERS
b. JHS INDUSTRIAL ARTS TEACHERS
c. JHS AGRICULTURE TEACHERS
4. Enclosure no. 1 & 2 contain the matrix of the training and the members of the technical working
group.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT
I. Project/ Program Title: Revitalizing Scene in DLL, TOS, and Test Construction
through Department Learning Action Cell
II. Objective/s:
a. refresh the participants’ knowledge on how to make test questions Table of
Specification;
b. revive their skills on Standard Test Construction and;
c. develop among them the value of having complete parts DLL.
III. Date: October 26, 2018

JHS AGRICULTURE TEACHERS
VI. Summary:
To refresh and add knowledge to the participants about creating test
questions, Table of specification based on the standard according to the DEPED memo.
It also give the participant a way to revive their skills in making a Standard Test
construction and developed and encourage the participant in having a complete parts
of DLL.
On October 26, 2018, The Seminar is held at Cosmetology room. The
Registration of the participant started at exactly 7:30 am. The program proper started
at exactly 8:00 am, a simple and meaningful prayer was headed by Mrs. Juvie Manalo
to seek for the guidance of the Lord for a successful seminar and to be followed by a
wonderful opening remarks and Overview of the seminar given by Mrs. Elena
Pangilinan, Head Teacher of the TVE Department. And very energetic and active
energizer was given to the participant headed by Mr. Michael Jumaquio and Mr. Mark
Christian Delos Reyes.
To highlight the seminar, different spokesperson stand in front to tackle each
topic that was assigned to them. The first topic to be tackled is all about the TOS
construction and it was been discussed by Mrs. Florinda R. Tolentino followed by Mrs.
Agnes Tadeo by discussing the topic about Test Construction. After a short break, the
seminar continues by discussing the remaining topic to be discussed. The topic about
DLL Construction was assigned and discussed by Mr. Celso Tadeo and to be followed
by Discussing about MPS headed by Mr. Jommel Domingo.
The most awaited part of the seminar is the distribution of certificate to the
Participant and singing a beautiful patriotic song to be followed by closing prayer and
Closing Remarks.
VII. Conclusion:
The program run smoothly and successful. The participant enjoy the
DLAC session and they acquire new knowledge on the seminar.
VIII. Recommendations:
For the next program we want to encourage the participants to be more active in
participating on the DLAC session and the participant must be more attentive and
focus on the seminar
