    MAN: Where did you go for your vacation?
    WOMAN: I went to Chuncheon, in South Korea. It was my third
    time there.
    MAN: Oh, really? I’ve never been there. Did you enjoy it?
    WOMAN: I sure did. There are great places to hike, and there are
    some beautiful lakes and beaches there.
    MAN: Are the beaches crowded?
    WOMAN: Sometimes, but you can usually find some very
    quiet beaches.
    MAN: It sounds like it’s an excellent place to relax.
    WOMAN: It is! That’s why I go there.

    WOMAN: Have you ever been to Mexico City?
    MAN: Yes, I have. I went there last year, in July.
    WOMAN: How did you like it?
    MAN: It’s an amazing city! I had a really great time there.
    WOMAN: And what about this year? Have you taken a
    vacation yet?
    MAN: No, I haven’t, but I plan to spend a week on a beach
    somewhere, probably in August.
    WOMAN: Sounds good.

    MAN: Can you tell me a little about San Francisco?
    WOMAN: Oh, it’s my favorite city. It’s so beautiful.
    MAN: What should I see there?
    WOMAN: Well, you should definitely visit some of the wonderful
    museums there, like the Asian Museum and the Museum of
    Modern Art. And you shouldn’t miss Lombard Street.
    MAN: Lombard Street?
    WOMAN: Yes. It’s street on a hill with many turns. You can take a
    streetcar to the top and then walk down the street.
    MAN: Sounds great! And when’s a good time to visit?
    WOMAN: Oh, I went there in June, and the weather was very nice.
    Don’t go in the winter, though. It rains a lot then.
    MAN: OK. Thanks for the information.

    WOMAN: Did you enjoy your trip to Canada?
    MAN: Oh, it was great!
    WOMAN: What did you do there?
    MAN: Well, I went to Halifax and stayed there for a couple of
    days. And then I took a boat to McNabs Island.
    WOMAN: I haven’t heard of McNabs Island.
    MAN: It’s a really quiet island near Halifax. No one lives on it.
    WOMAN: Can you stay there?
    MAN: Yes, you can camp there. We stayed for three days. It’s a
    great place to hike and see birds.
