    (RAJBHASHA)

    Notice 
    This is in reference to our previous Advertisement reference no. Advt.  No. CC/05/2018  dated  31.07.2018, 
    our  corrigendum  ref.  no.  Corrig./  Advt.  No.  CC/05/2018  dated  04th  September,  2018  and  our  Notice 
    reference no. Notice/advt. No. CC/05/2018 dated 21/09/2018.

    As  per  the  Advertisements/  notifications/  corrigenda  referred  above,  the  online  registration  window  has 
    again  been  opened  from  30th  January‐1st  March  2019  for  the  posts  of  ET  (HR),  AOT  (PR)  and  AOT 
    (Rajbhasha). The application window has been opened ONLY for following categories of candidates:‐ 

    1. The  candidates  who  have  already  applied‐  Candidates  who  had  qualified  in  UGC  NET‐  July,  2018 
    examination  and  have  successfully  filled  complete  applications  during  the  earlier  Registration  Window 
    using  NET  July  2018  Roll  number  and  application  number  in  relevant  papers  and  have  qualified  NET 
    December 2018 have the option of updating their NET December 2018 Roll No. and Application number 
    if they want their NET December 2018 score ONLY to be considered.   

    Please Note: ‐  

    a. If NET December 2018 Roll number and Application number is updated, only NET December 2018 
    score  will  be  considered,  the  NET  July  2018  Roll  Number  and  Application  number  will 
    automatically stand invalidated and NET July 2018 score will not at all be considered. Candidates 
    who have applied earlier should refrain for applying as a new candidate.  

    b. If a candidate has applied earlier using NET July 2018 details and applies again as new candidate 
    using  NET  December  2018  details,  for  these  candidates  only  their  latest  application  will  be 
    considered. Hence, only NET December 2018 score will be considered, their earlier application will 
    automatically stand invalidated. Thus, existing candidates are advised to update their details ONLY 
    and refrain from applying as new candidates. 

    2. New Candidates‐ New Candidates who have not yet applied, and wish to apply, may do so, ONLY using 
    NET December 2018 Roll number and Application Number. Candidates can not apply using previous NET 
    Exam  details.  Only  candidates  who  have  qualified  the  NET  December  2018  Exam  in  respective  papers 
    shall be eligible to apply. In such cases, only scores for NET December 2018 Exam will be considered.  

    All other eligibility criteria and selection process will remain unchanged and will be as per our advt. no. 
    CC/05/2018  dated  31st  July,  2018,  our  corrigendum  ref.  no.  corrig./  Advt.  No.  CC/05/2018  dated  04th 
    September, 2018, notice ref. no. Notice/advt. No. CC/05/2018, dated 21/09/2018
