The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the

day
when you find out why.

--Mark Twain

An unquenchable thirst to chase down goals accompanied me throughout life. I

feel that winners are those who have realized their true source of motivation, early
on in life. Challenges never failed to excite me and contentment often came out
of my ability to overcome these stumbling blocks. The key to achievement of
important goals is persistence. This philosophy has always been my guiding light
and nothing is impossible for such a person, I firmly believe.

My name is R.Vijaya vignesh and I hail from Coimbatore, situated in the Indian
state of Tamil Nadu. I completed my schooling from G.Ramaswamy Naidu
Matric.hr.sec.school.As a studious pupil, I wanted to foray into a challenging area
of study. Therefore, I opted for Engineering (Mechanical) and completed the
course from Jansons Institute of Technology. As a quick learner equipped with
superior communication skills and organizational capabilities, it was easier for me
to grab job opportunities and work as a good team player.

My first job was at AUDI ,Coimbatore, as a Trainee technitian and management

intern. The jobs included responsibilities like monitoring the preloaded service
manuals, supervision of various processing equipments, body shop and spare parts
management. This was followed by the great opportunity to work at SR ALLOYS
a foundry as a junior.Industrial Engineer. During the stint, I fulfilled several
responsibilities successfully. Some of them included creating the process
flowcharts for the casting division, on sites inspection at vendor locations,
completion of on-boarding formalities and pre processing orientation, data
management using palantir software, along with others.

I have interned at several industries from across the south like KEMS
FORGINGS,KEMS AUTO COMPONENTS which posed a valuable knowledge
source and for professional ethics building.Meanwhile I have had visited ASHOK
LEYLAND ,Hosur division and had enormous experiences in the stochastic
method of productivity analysis. On visiting and interning at BEST HEAT
TREATMENT,ltd taught me various industrial values in the laboratory
aboutvariety ofchemical and physical attributes of materials.

I was the recipient of the Bronze award given by SR ALLOYS team, for
exemplary performance and demonstration of industrial Values in 2015 and 2016.
Several appreciation emails from the buyers and Operations is another
achievement. The offer drop conversation, converting offer drop to joiners, fetched
me few more accolades. I received appreciation from ASME and Foundry cluster
park over my contributions pertaining to resourceplanning. The design course
from INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE,bangalorre made me well-versed in
AutoCAD, CATIA, and CREO (PRO.E).I have a professional certification on solid
works from UMS institute founded by Mr.GD NAIDU.

I displayed impeccable expertise when it came to team work in the dead line driven
environment I worked in. In addition, my focused approach and strategic planning
earned additional praises from one and all. This work place experience made it
productive to the core and nurtured my career dreams. Today, I realize that
technical skills aren’t enough to conquer heights. So, I wish to apply for the
graduate course on Industrial engineering as it would enable me to take up new
challenges and polish the analytical mind of the strategist within me.

An Industrial engineering program is perfect for my short-term and long-term

goals. The customizable curriculum, flexibility of the program and the focus group
would effectively improve my management, strategic and analytical skills. The
program in a foreign country would provide the quintessential global exposure,
while bolstering those chances for future career opportunities. The curriculum
encapsulates a wide array of exciting possibilities. The foreign sojourn would be
funded by my father through bank loan. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
