    Dear Engr. Lampera,

    This pertains to the letter request from RRN Construction regarding the transport of the surplus
    excavated material from their two project sites namely:

    1. Road widening of location along Maramag-Maradugao Road-K1562+054 to K1563+000,


    Base Camp, Maramag, Bukidnon;
    2. Rehabilitation/Reconstruction/Upgrading of Damaged Paved Roads on Specific Location
    along Sayre Highway-K1550+260 to K1550+742, Bayabason, Maramag, Bukidnon.

    The excavated materials from the abovementioned project site were already stockpiled in their
    rented area located in Base Camp, Maramag, Bukidnon. Since the excavated materials were already
    excessive, they want to transport the said materials to their property located in Purok 4, Guinoyoran Road,
    Ricare Village, G. Laviña Avenue. Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

    In relation to this, we would like to invite you or your representative to join with the conduct of the
    site inspection and area verification on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, 7:00 o’clock in the morning, meeting
    place will be at the Provincial Agriculture Office compound. This is part of the protocol of the Provincial
    Government before the issuance of the approval to transport from the office of the Provincial Governor.
