Recommendation catagories for
Surgical Sterilization Procedures (STER)

There is no medical reason to deny sterilization to a

The procedure is normally conducted in a routine setting,

• Ny U, 35 tahun, para 3. Sejak usia 20 tahun pasien
sering mengalami migrain yang didahului dengan aura
terutama bila sedang kecapean dan mendekati
menstruasi. Keluhan ini ditangani dengan meminum
obat migrain biasa yang dapat dibeli di apotik. Sejak
usia 30 tahun pasien rajin melakukan general check-up
dan diketahui sejak 1 minggu yang lalu bahwa pasien
mempunyai kolesterol yang tinggi, LDL 300 mg/dl,
Trigliserida 440 mg/dl. Selain itu, juga diketahui bahwa
pasien mempunyai benjolan kecil di payudara kiri, hasil
biopsi menyatakankan tumor tersebut ganas dan
pasien sedang dijadwalkan untuk operasi. Apakah
kontrasepsi yang ideal untuk kasus ini?

• Perempuan 29 tahun P1A1 post preeklamsi berat post
partum 4 minggu datang untuk periksa rutin. Pasien
ingin menggunakan kontrasepsi untuk mengatur jarak
kehamilannya. Ternyata pada riwayat penyakit
terdahulu terdapat PID, dan Diabetes gestasional. Usia
21 tahun pasien didiagnnosis mengidap penyakit
hepatitis C. Gula darah dan berat badan saat ini dalam
batas normal. Pemeriksaan fisik lainnya dalam batas
normal. Namun dari pemeriksaan lab ditemukan
sedikit peningkatan SGOTdan SGPT. Kontrasepsi apa
yang cocok untuk pasien ini? Dan bagaimana ME
kontrasepsi pasien ini?
