    M-Mode, 2D & Color Doppler


    Mitral leaflets and aortic cusps are mildly thickened and calcified. Normal tricuspid and
    pulmonary valves. Normal forward velocities across all valves. Trace MR & trace TR seen.

    Left ventricle is normal size. No LVH. No regional wall motion abnormalities. Normal LV
    systolic function with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. The left & right atria and right ventricle
    are normal.

    The inter-atrial and inter-ventricular septum are intact. No intra-cardiac mass, vegetation or
    thrombus seen. There is no pericardial effusion.

    Impression :
     No regional wall motion abnormalities. LVEF=55%
     Normal cardiac chambers size.
     Mitral leaflets and aortic cusps are mildly thickened and calcified.
     Trace MR and TR seen.
     Grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction.
     No intra-cardiac mass or thrombus seen.
