4. Contracts in place

Note all types of contracts in place with regards to the services assessed and
soft services i.e. cleaning, pest control, gardening. Note the end date of these
contracts.

5. Floor & Floor covering type

Capture the types of floor covering used in the building as well as the square
meters of these cover.

6. Gardens and lawns

Confirm if there are any gardens or lawns that form part of the property. Capture
the size of lawns, flower beds, paving or concreted areas. Please indicate the
type of plants etc in the beds.

7. Assessment timing

Note the time spent in completing the assessment and reporting.
