    1. 04 blood tests for each employee which include Fasting or Random
    Blood Sugar+Creatinine+Uric Acid+Cholesterol (8-10 hours fasting
    required for cholesterol)
    2. ECG (For all Employee Above 30 Years of Age (This Service can be
    availed at our Lab in Crossing Republic.
