The largest inter-college sports festival of North India is around the corner once again with
rejuvenated vigour and superb supplements. This festival is a complete package where
your skill, talent and stamina compete with your endurance. Sportech 2010 brings with it,
a whole new bunch of exciting prizes along with charismatic presence of sports celebrities
like G.S. Randhawa. It’s a great opportunity to witness the best colleges in the region
battling it out for the highly coveted and prestigious General Championship Trophy.
In addition to the conventional games of Basketball, Football, Table Tennis, Badminton,

Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Volleyball, Hockey, Athletics & Mini Marathon, this year's Sportech
hosts a variety of new additions like Archery and Croquet, Cycle race, Chess and
Informals-like adventure sports, fun events such as Futsal, Tennis Ball Cricket and a highly
intense Sports Quiz.
So, we cordially invite your college to be a part of Sportech 2010 and make it a big success.

ACCOMODATION DETAILS
 All formalities will be officiated with a single leader from each college
 All participating teams seeking accommodation are first required to register for the events and
accommodation online at www.sportech2010.in
 Due to limited availability accommodation will be provided on first cum first serve basis
 All teams are required to mail ([email protected]) a scanned copy of bonafide certificate
before 13th February signed by the Dean/Director of Institute specifying :-
1) Name & contact details of Team Leader.
2) List of all the participants grouped under respective events.
3) Total break up of boys and girls participating and requiring accommodation.
 A confirmatory mail will be sent to the successfully registered teams as soon as possible, in case you do
not receive a mail within 5 days contact us.
 The original bonafide certificate and copy of confirmation mail is to be submitted by the team leader at
the time of on-campus registration, failing which their registration would stand cancelled.
 Every participant is required to carry 1 passport size photograph and Team Leader has to carry 2
photographs.
 Every participant is required to carry their respective college identity cards, failing which their
registration would stand cancelled.
 Participating teams are required to report at the centralized accommodation desk at SATPURA
HOSTEL where accommodation charges of Rs 100 per participant per day has to be paid in advance
(cash) for all the booked days.
 The participants will then be directed to their respective accommodations.
 If the team does not report for availing the accommodation on the given date or does not inform in case
there’s a delay, then their accommodation will stand cancelled unless there is vacancy.
 Only mattresses, bed sheets and pillows will be provided at the time of accommodation.
 All teams are responsible for their own belongings and we are not liable for any thefts.
 Accommodation is subjected to the discretion of the IIT Delhi administration
RULES AND REGUALTIONS

 Any act of intimidation or violence, wilful damage to property or drunken and riotous behaviour
constitutes as offence
 Use of narcotics, consumption of alcoholic beverages and gambling are strictly prohibited
 Use of audio equipments in the hostel premises is acceptable only if it’s not objectionable to other
residents.
3  Male visitors are prohibited from visiting the female participants inside the hostel premises.
 Fine would be levied if any damage is done to the hostel property and participation may be cancelled.
 Private vehicles are not allowed on campus.
 Strict action will be taken against violation of any of the above mentioned rules.

www.sportech2010.in , giving a detailed break-up of all the participants
 A confirmatory mail will be sent to the successfully registered teams and a link to register for the
accommodation if required.
