 To own the quality of a feature, component or a product.
 To write, execute and fix test cases,test scripts as per specifications and interact with
Developers/QA lead to report, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
 Reproduce issues reported by customers or other teams and test the same when fixed by
development .
 To critically analyze features and its impact areas and provide educated estimation for
testing the same.

Project Description:
Spire Acqura™ is an operational analytics and hiring solution which can accurately match and
map candidate resumes to job descriptions and vice versa like a domain expert. It gives 95%
accuracy in contextual search and 80% accuracy in bi-directional mapping which is way ahead
than what existing systems do. Spire Acqura™ can search up to a mind-boggling 1300
parameters in a matter of few seconds and process thousands of resumes in a few hours,
accurately pin-pointing the ‘right’ resumes with contextual intelligence analytics. It can even
map competitor data and schedule interviews across locations.
Spire Acqura™ can simultaneously process resumes from multiple locations such as job portals,
company career pages and social media. To top this, it compares multiple formats including
word documents, pdfs, html, emails or just plain text files against each other.
Responsibilities:
 Writing effective test cases by understanding the requirement.

 Automating REST services using Rest Assured and running the tests in Jenkins.
 Testing the respective component in UI and automating UI test cases using Selenium WebDriver.
 Finding defects and logging defects in defect tracking tool Bugzilla.
 Deployment of daily builds of all the wars in Apache Tomcats through Jenkins.
