I. Objectives: At the end of the 50 minute period, pupils should be able to:

Decantation
We can remove dirts or chemicals. And have a purified and clean decant
or liquid such as water, wine or another liquid.
Filtration
This is used also to separate the solid particles from the liquid.
By doing this, we can create or make medicines through getting the
nutrient from a substance.
Distillation
One of those methods which use the difference in boiling points as a
means of separating different substances
Clean final product can be achieved using a single process only.
Simple distillation is used to purify water for home use, schools or
hospitals if there is no bottled water or clean tap water available.
Sedimentation
This process involves letting an insoluble substance (a substance that will
not dissolve in a solvent) settle at the bottle of a solvent.
