The role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Experience Director to join our Digital
Experience branch.
As a Digital Experience Director in our ATO Corporate business area, you’ll manage multi-
disciplinary teams of researchers, designers, CX specialists, services designers and
developers. You will work directly with business and users to design and deliver innovative
solutions to improve client and staff experience.
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
measuring the user experience
offering end-to-end design and delivery guidance
validating concepts in early stages of development
working to inform user-centred design processes
providing a testing platform to engage real world users
providing comprehensive design assurance
giving data driven recommendations for improvements.
