XIQI-Casing Tongs
The model TQ508-70Y is a rugged and heavy weight
hydraulic casing tong capable of providing maximum
50000 ft.lbs of torque. The tong will handle pipes
of 9-5/8,10-3/4,13-3/8,16,18-5/8 and 20 inches .It
has the following features:
1) Open type,double swing-headed jaws, convenient
to assemble and disassemble;
2) Brake belt assembly,open gear supporting
structure, improving the strength and rigidity;
3) Wholly hydraulic mode and mechanical gear shift;
4) With torque gauge, optional torque control system
to display, contrl and record the make-up torque.

XIQI-Drill Pipe Tongs

The model ZQ203-125 hydraulic drill pipe tong is a
rugged and heavy weight hydraulic tong capable of
providing maximum 92190 ft.lbs of torque. The tong
will handle pipes from 3 1/2 to 8 inches .It has the
following features:
1) Use pneumatic power to shift and drive backup tong.
2) Integral mechanism made by spin tong and torque tong;
3) Gear shifting is allowed during workerover operation;
4) Could run with maximum torque in two directions.
5) Use planetary claws to clamp.

The model XQ140-12 hydraulic power tong is a rugged
and heavy weight hydraulic tong capable of providing
maximum8851ft.lbs of torque. It is used in making-up
or breaking-out tubing, small drilling pipe and small
casing with diameters from 2 7/8 -5 1/2(73mmto140mm).
