    Procedure for Degree Attestation from Saudi Embassy

    Mandatory:
    Candidate’s name and His Father’s name MUST be the same on all Education
    Documents + Passports + CNIC

    1. Degree Attestation from Saudi Culture & Saudi Embassy for candidate
    currently in Pakistan

    Required from Employer


    CoC and MOFA attested Offer Letter
    CoC and MOFA attested Request Letter

    Required From Candidate


    Original Passport
    Original Degree attested from HEC & MOFA
    Original & Complete Transcript of relevant Degree
    CNIC copy + Bonafied Regular Student Letter (Original) attested from MOFA
    Original Receipt of ‘Degree Verification Fee’ paid to University.

    Original Degree attested from HEC & MOFA
    Original & Complete Transcript of relevant Degree
    CNIC copy + Bonafied Regular Student Letter (Original) attested from MOFA
    Original Receipt of ‘Degree Verification Fee’ paid to University.

    Additional Requirement:
    2 x Original sets of Company Letter Head containing Valid Passport, CNIC &
    Iqama / OR / Visa Page. This needs to be signed & stamped by the same
    signatory authority as that of Offer Letter.

    Note:
    1. Request Letter must contain Iqama Number, Visa Number and Passport
    Number of Candidate.
    2. For females (married) having name difference on degree & passport due to
    father / husbands’ names – should get an affidavit for name difference for
    the same & get it duly attested from Notary Public & MOFA (Pakistan).

    Instructions:
    Send one set of Company Letter Head to Saudi Culture Islamabad. (Via DHL)
    & send PPA the other set to PPA Agency along with all original documents
    (Passport, CNIC etc.) and the DHL Tracker Number / Receipt.
