based on the consumption pattern. Constantly working for reducing the inventory
carrying costs.

6. Making storage system in the stores to ensure that the quality of material remain
intact during the period it remains in the stores.
7. Act as frontline interface between the user departments, purchasers, suppliers &
vendors to provide smooth functioning of the operations.
8. Developing & implementing various MIS reports required for reviewing effective
& seamless Stores operation & control.
9. Strategically manage the procurement, movement and storage of materials.

vendor data base to avoid bottlenecks in supply chain.
B. Customer Relation & Service Marketing :
- Management of customer base and service requests, co-ordination with
customer relation departments and confirming adherence of service processes.
Modification of service process based on the survey analysis to improvise service
delivery and confirm customer delight across the region. Initiate Customer
Centric Activities as part of Service marketing to create customer awareness and
service promotion.

C. Quality Control & Feedback Systems Management :


- Confirmation of quality maintenance of all spare parts and products
supplied in the region through smooth coalition with quality department. Feed
back to R&D on modifications based on field studies. Break down report
generation and feed-back analysis to R&D for correction & modification. Product
quality confirmation through testing department to minimize installation failures.

D. Market Research & Competition Mapping : - Manage market intelligence


and feed back to HO on market conditions and competitions to modify
marketing strategies and product features to sustain market leadership.
