Champlung Sari Hotel is a restful retreat set within a green landscape at the edge of Ubud's
sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. It is an environment that nurtures the senses with its tropical
gardens that are crossed by two small rivers. Clusters of comfortably appointed guest rooms are
scattered across the property in a style that recreates the ambiance of a traditional Balinese
village.
1: grooming (appearance)
In the world of F & B the position of waiter / waitress has a very important role, therefore a
waiter / waitress must pay attention to the appearance (hair pieces / clothes / nails / body
hygiene,) because the produck they will sell to custumer is food,
2: Produck review
A waiter / waitress must understand and understand about the produck that will be sold, in terms
of taste / ingridient of the produck it is useful if there is a custumer asking so the waiter can
answer (usually in large restaurants / at large cafes there is a SOP for service and waiter at under
the supervision of a captain hall)
3: understand step of service
Step of service / stages in serving custumer in each restaurant / cafe must be different from the

Impession :
the impression during my training was that I was happy because I could meet new friends and
get new knowledge but on the day I was also scared because I didn't know what work I had to do
but after a few days of walking the fear was lost due to help from seniors and friends friend who
taught me what work to do. after five months passed I also felt sad because I had to part with
friends I invited during traning
Message :
My message to the younger brother who will carry out training is still uplifting, at first it will
definitely feel takun but after a few days the fear will surely disappear.
