1.INTRODUCTION-
Throughout the project the focus has been on presenting information in an easy and
intelligible manner. The project is very useful for those who want to know about
Student Information Management Systems and want to develop softwares/websites
based on the same concept.
The project provides facilities like online registration and profile creation of students
thus reducing paperwork and automating the record genreration process in an
educational institution.
Objectives:
Online registration of students
Users Views:
Administrator
Student
Teacher
2.Related work-
2.1 CONCEPT-
2.2 BENEFITS/FEATURES-
Login module: Login module will help in authentication of user accounts
.Users who have valid login id and password can only login into their
respective accounts using Nosql data model.
Search module: Suppose there are hundreds of students and from this we
have to search a particular student and we know the name of the student .
Registration Module and Account Management: This module will help the
student get registered from anywhere if internet is present .
User Management: This module will help the administrator in
enabling/disabling a user account and updating user information as required.
2.2 DRAWBACKS-
2. Existing system did not provide any access to management and academicians.
3.1Algroithm-
System Architecture Design – The System architecture section has
detailed diagram of the system, server and client architecture.
Data Design – The data Design include an ERD as well as Database
design.
Functional Design Description – This section has the functional
partitioning from the SRS, and goes into great detail to describe each
function.
3.2PHP(PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE)-
This makes data integration for certain types of applications faster and
easier. MongoDB is built for scalability, high availability and performance
from a single server deployment to large and complex multi-site
infrastructures.
Entity Relationship Diagram :
Although the student database management module is not fully integrated to the system and used on
real time, the system prototype demonstrates easy navigation and data are stored in a systematic
way. Overall, efficiency has improved and work processes simplified. Although all the objectives have
been met, the system still has room for improvement. The system is robust and flexible enough for
future upgrade using advanced technology and devices.
