    THE FORMULA ABOVE GIVES THE FORCE REQUIRED OF THE JACK TO INDICATE THE
    BRAKE HOLDING CAPACITY WITH ONE LAYER ON THE DRUM. TO CALCULATE THE
    BRAKE HOLDING CAPACITY AT PERIPHERY OF THE DRUM (GIVEN BY F2 BELOW) THE
    FOLLOWING FORMULA WILL HOLD GOOD:
