Al-Kifah Precast is one of the biggest factories of Precast in
the Kingdom since it provides a complete precast package
consisting of designing, manufacturing, transporting and
erection of precast concrete units to suit any project.

manufacturing methods by a team of experts. This factory
can fulfill all the needs and aspirations of its customers,
which starts from an accurate design to production and
construction.
AlKifah Readymix & Blocks
AlKifah Readymix and blocks is considered one of the
most important companies in AlKifah group, since its
investments are estimated to be more than one billion
Saudi Riyals. The first building was AlAhsa Readymix
Factory, which is regarded as the first breakthrough of
AlKifah Readymix & Blocks. AlKifah Readymix & Blocks
maintained the same level of quality and standards since
its establishment and until now. It has more than 27
locations over the Kingdom.
KiCE Construction Equipment
For over a decade, KiCE has a special place in the
Construction Equipment market, and a strong base of
loyal customers inside and outside the Kingdom. KiCE
factory in AlOyoon produces batching plants, transit
mixers and mobile plants, as well as gravel and sand
washing units. It has maintained its reputation and high
level of work through having the latest design techniques
allowing many combinations, in order to suit customer’s
specifications and environmental considerations. KiCE is
a supplier and an exclusive agent for major companies
such as Snowkey, Truemax , Snomich and JUNJIN. This
equipment is sold in the Saudi market as well as GCC.
KiLO
Kilo was established for the service of the construction
division. It provides logistic services starting from the
purchase of basic construction materials (sand, cement,
gravel, water, and diesel) to storing and delivering them
to the client’s work site. Kilo ensures supplying materials
in the best quality and quantity. It also has a distinctive
and outstanding fleet, which facilitate the transportation
across a large number of sites and ensures that the
standard time for delivery meets the requirements of the
client

Osama Al-Afaliq Engineering Consulting (OAEC) was
established in 1995 in Saudi Arabia. Over the past two
