    • The Center for Development and Empowerment of
    Educators and Education Personnel (abbreviated as
    PPPPTK) is one of the Technical Implementation Units
    (UPT) under the coordination of the Indonesian Ministry
    of Education and Culture. As the name implies, this unit
    has the main task of implementing programs related to
    the development and empowerment of teachers with
    the aim of creating more professional educators from
    time to time
    • PPPPTK BMTI is one of several PPPPTK in Indonesia
    located in Bandung, West Java, which has the task of
    carrying out the development and empowerment of
    educators and education personnel in the Field of
    Machinery and Industrial Engineering.
    TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTSE
     Develop learning materials for students
     Develop learning tools for students by integrating the concept of
    entrepreneurship
     Change the work ethic and teacher mindset
     Compare the learning process between Indonesia and other countries
     Make presentation material
     Study the competence of the industrial workforce
     Develop link and match designs between schools and industries

    RESULTS
    1. We get many welding techniques that are easier to get better welding results
    2. We saw fun learning techniques in greeta schools, they really enjoyed learning, but still carry out discipline and
    responsibility
    3. Schools here are all favorites, there are no children or people who choose distant schools to get a good education so in
    Indonesia it is necessary to evenly distribute the quality and competence of schools in the village or small schools and in
    urban areas
    4. People here really value time. For them time does not only mean money but good opportunities that must be controlled
    at that time to be more useful
    5. They are able to work under pressure by obediently and minimally making mistakes. They realize that working hard can
    improve one's academic quality and skills simultaneously
    6. They are used to throwing trash in its place. and will store it in a plastic bag or inside a pocket if you haven't found a trash
    can. They have been educated since childhood to be stable and intelligent about throwing out garbage. Throwing rubbish
    carelessly is considered an act of fools
    7. There are industries where almost 80% of their work is done by robots
    8. In the field of culture, this country values and tolerates others very much, for example they were queued up to stand
    there hundreds of meters away. Queues are not able to make them angry or disappointed, because they have been
    educated to respect the rights of others
