 Developing pre-launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain


cordial relations with clients.
 Understanding customer requirement and accordingly offering him the
project options we have.

/activities and provide required support.

competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter
competition.
 Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.
 Activating Internal Verticals Loyalty, Referrals and Channel Partners to
generate regular business.
 Handled sales operations at site, attending walk-ins & generating Sales by
converting them into productive leads.
 Develop and manage channel partners network/ C-P meets regularly.
 Planning & execute marketing strategies effective for achieving set targets.
 Advice prospective buyers regarding various offers & payment options and
close productive leads.
 Handled enquiries via calls, E-mail, etc.
 Conduct market surveys to identify price of competing projects.
 Provide periodic reports to management on sales operation.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing sales target.
