How Much Testosterone with Deca or Tren? Interview with Coach

Trevor
How much Tren or Deca can you take with testosterone? We explore this question and
more in this video where Dr. Tony Huge of Enhanced Athlete interviews Coach Trevor
about how much testosterone he recommends to his athletes.

Recently, we heard concerns that taking testosterone with Deca could “shut you down.”
This prompted us to look at the ratio of Tren/Deca to testosterone.

For a quick reference, Deca, also known as nandrolone, and Tren, short for trenbolone,
an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) of the nandrolone group, are both synthetic
steroids. These are prescription steroids. We do not offer medical advice, but solely
information in this video and our website.

Tren and Deca are commonly used to build up muscles and performance. Tren is very
powerful, with a potency up to five times that of testosterone.

The main issue that body builders face when taking Tren or Deca is how much to take
and how much in ratio to testosterone intake.

Both Deca and Tren are suppressive to natural testosterone so if you took either
compound and did not take any synthetic testosterone, your natural testosterone would
shut down.

Your sex drive would go down, your sexual performance would go down. You would feel
tired and this can even impact your muscle growth and performance and glycogen
storage.

D. Tony Huge: “How much can you take in a healthy way?”

Coach Trevor: “It depends on each individual, but less is more when it comes to taking
testosterone as your body naturally produces testosterone.”

It is hard to say how much of a beneficial difference there is between taking 2 grams of
testosterone or 500 milligrams. Typically, 200 milligrams of testosterone intake should
be fine. However, it depends on the individual.

If you increase your Deca intake, you can increase your synthetic testosterone intake -
maybe up to 300 or 400. Pay attention to any side effects like loss of sex drive or feeling
tired.

“It varies by person but keeping testosterone intake at a constant, is what I do and for
my clients and that works. Sexual function is fine and healthy,” said Coach Trevor

“By dropping the testosterone level to the minimum level required and then increasing
other compounds, unanimously every single person said much less side effects and
much better benefits,” replied Dr. Tony Huge. “I would like to thank you Trevor.”

This is part of the theory and physics behind the anabolic matrix series where he
uncover the secrets to human chemistry and maximum muscle building and extreme fat
loss, while doing it with less side effects and less cost.
