Description Range and step

This parameter activates the feature 'Circuit Switched Fallback with Packet
Switched Handover to UTRA'.

The parameter activates the feature 'Circuit Switched Fallback to UTRAN 0:Disabled;
or GSM via Redirection'. 1:Enabled

If the feature is activated, mobile originated and mobile terminated CS calls

are redirected to targets which are to be configured via REDRT objects.

At the same time this parameter also activates the feature 'Cause value for
CSFB to GERAN without DTM support'.

Access class barring for mobile originating CS fallback

Set of Access class barring Parameter for mobile originating CS fallback.

Note If configured, this parameter is used to populate SIB2: ac-

BarringForCSFB IE which only applies to 3GPP CSFB, i.e. UE performs
the AC Barring within RRC layer with this for 3GPP mobile originating
CSFB call.

For 3GPP2 1xCSFB call, UE performs the AC Barring within RRC layer
with SIB2:ac-BarringForMo-Data IE instead.

Access class barring for mobile originating CS fallback when automatic AC

barring broadcast condition is met due to BTS C-plane overload.

Defines which quantity to use for Event B1 measurements towards this 0:cpichRSCP;
frequency set in QuantityConfigUTRA-FDD. 1:cpichEcN0
The quantities used to evaluate the triggering condition for the event.
cpich-RSCP corresponds to CPICH_RSCP in TS 25.133 for FDD, and P-
CCPCH_RSCP in TS 25.123 for TDD.
cpich-EcN0 corresponds to CPICH_Ec/No in TS 25.133 for FDD only, and
is not applicable for TDD.
This parameter refers to event B1 for CSFB to WCDMA.

Defines the 1xCSFB type which shall be used in the cell. If set to forbidden, 1:forbidden;
1xCSFB is not allowed; if set to R81xCsfbEnforced, R8 1xCSFB with 2:R81xCsfbEnforce
redirection shall be enforced; if set to R9e1xCsfb, R9 enhanced 1x Circuit d;
Switched Fallback (e1xCSFB) will be attempted. 3:R9e1xCsfb
Threshold for UTRA neighbor cell on the current frequency, considered to -24...0.5 dB, step
be good and reported in the measurement result of B1 event. 0.5 dB
Applicable only if measQuantityUTRA-FDD=cpich-EcN0.
cpich-EcN0 corresponds to CPICH_Ec/No in TS 25.133 for FDD only, and
is not applicable for TDD.
Set in ReportConfigInterRAT for WCDMA.
Parameter is optional depending on measQuantityCSFBUtraFdd.

The dB value is mapped to the 3GPP IE value according to TS 25.133:

* -24 dB means a threshold lower than -24 dB
* values between -23.5 dB and 0 dBm mean a threshold lower than the
configured value but higher than or equal to the (value – 0.5 dB)
* 0.5 dB means a threshold higher than or equal to 0 dB
Threshold for UTRA neighbor cell on the current frequency, considered to -120...-24 dBm,
be good and reported in the measurement result of B1 event. step 1 dBm
Applicable only if measQuantityUTRA-FDD=cpich-RSCP.
cpich-RSCP corresponds to CPICH_RSCP in TS 25.133 for FDD, and P-
CCPCH_RSCP in TS 25.123 for TDD.
Set in ReportConfigInterRAT for WCDMA.
Parameter is optional depending on measQuantityCSFBUtra.

The dBm value is mapped to the 3GPP IE value according to TS 25.133:

* -120 dBm means a threshold lower than -120 dBm
* values between -119 dBm and -25 dBm mean a threshold lower than the
configured value but higher than or equal to the (value - 1 dB)
* -24 dBm means a threshold higher than or equal to -25 dBm

Duration for which the RSRP based event B1 must be valid. For further 0:0ms;
important notice see the Additional Description. 1:40ms;
2:64ms;
Time for which the specific criteria for the RSRP based measurement event 3:80ms;
B1 must be met in order to trigger a measurement report. 4:100ms;
5:128ms;
Important Note: Since the B1 event for the purpose of CSFB shall be 6:160ms;
reported by the UE as fast as possible not the full range of up to 5120 ms 7:256ms
for TTT shall be applicable. Recommended value would be up to and not
higher than 256 ms. Hence the range ist restricted.

Related Hysteresis of Margin for CSFB to WCDMA 0...15 dB, step 0.5
dB
Parameter is used within the entry and leaves condition of the B2 triggered
reporting condition. The IE value is multiplied by 2.
Defines the maximum number of target cells per frequency for CS fallback 1...32, step 1
with PS-HO.
Setting this limit controls measurement object configuration and inhibits
long measurement times.
The parameter controls whether CSFB with PS handover to the related 0:allowed;
neighbor cell is allowed. 1:forbidden

List of WCDMA target cell frequencies for high priority Circuit Switched 0...16383, step 1
Fallback (CSFB). The list applies even if LNBTS-actSelMobPrf is set to
‘false’.
If LNBTS-actSelMobPrf is set to ‘true’ it additionally applies to UEs when a
MOPR does not exist for the specific SPID and/or PLMN ID assigned to the
UE.

No CSFB to WCDMA mobility will be provided to UEs which are assigned

to the default profile if the parameter is omitted.
The parameter value is based on the absolute radio-frequency channel
number “ARFCN”.
The parameter is meaningless if autoAdapt is set to 'true'.
