• Designed multiple repeater based designs for AT&T stores
• Optimized AT&Ts venues in different . Worked with AT&Ts local RF Engineer and retuned the
gain and Qrxlevmin for the DAS.
• Designed a completely new model from scratch for University of Kentucky’s hospital. Created a 4
building design utilizing an all HX remote design in 3 buildings and utilized GX remotes in the 4 th
building. Successfully overlaid a PS layer via 2x2 hybrid couplers.
• Optimized multiple DAS venues in the northeastern part of the country.
• Designed a oDAS(prototype) solution for the city of Sacramento in conjunction with neutral provider
5Bars. Utilized multiple solutions for the oDAS including WiFi. Designed the city in Mentum Planet
and used iBwave for the headend.
• Ran a Small Cell project for VZW in Northern NJ. Utilizing Samsung small cells in capacity and
coverage restrictive areas and optimizing the cells with the conventional Grid/Gateway methodology
and optimized them utilizing Samsung’s new LSM-P OSS. *LSM-P = LSM-Pico

• Tuned the RACH preamble to control the Cell Radius by affecting the ZCZC parameter and also
changing the RSI to accommodate the cyclic shift change

• Optimized the D1 2.5 TD-LTE network with the existing 1.9/800 FD-LTE network
• Tuned the A event parameters so that the user is mostly latched on to the TDD network
• Responsible for neighbor optimization i.e X2/1.9/800 to 2.5 & and 2.5 to 1.9/800 neighbor planning
• Tuned the HO parameters, A1, A2, A3, A5, B2, A3Hyst, A3_Offset, CIO, etc…
• Troubleshot and solved issues with UL power limitations, Access failures due to SINR issues or
extended distances, PCI & PSS conflicts, Tracking Area Update failure issues
• Used OM Tool (Spotfire) to analyze and troubleshoot network issues such as DL Ave TP, CDR, CFR,
CINR (CQI), CAC Rejects, etc.
• Resolved PCID pollution that can be caused by overshooting cells or lack of dominant server. In cases
where RET was not authorized increased the hysteresis to make a site look more suitable.
• Performed optimization based on drive test results and doing analysis and investigation using both
WindCatcher and XCAP
• Performed logical optimization to elevate network KPI’s and making the user experience seamless
between FDD & TDD

• Monitored major KPIs of the IBS on daily basis and identified worst performing sites and take
necessary actions in improving network performance.
• Retuned the QualMin and RxMin parameters to balance the traffic in idle mode.
• Returned TTI thresholds for optimum PS throughput without increasing the PS drop rate and PS
congestion.
• Identified the culprit IBS causing high RTWP in the network degrading the KPI thresholds.
• Analyzed the walk test logs for pilot polluted areas and retuned the parameters to avoid KPI
degradations and redesign the venue by changing the antennae type or adding more capacity for a
long term solution.
• Retuned the load HO and Blind HO parameters in the network for immediate reduction in the power
congested cells and enabled DRD where necessary to put traffic on IBS in downtown environment.
• Optimized the clusters for minimizing the SHO region specially for the IBS with multiple Node Bs
within the same arena for optimum resource usage and minimizing resource and code congestion.
• Identified low performing DAS with high CS and PS drop rate, Access and HO failures caused due to
hardware malfunction and forwarded the cases to operations for rectification of the issue.
