    Greetings!

    I regret to inform you that I will be availing my early retirement from DOLE as Driver II effective
    January 1, 2013. This letter should serve as my official notification.

    I am grateful to you and all of my colleagues for providing me with a wonderful place to work for
    the past 16 years. The company gave me more opportunities than I thought were possible and I
    enjoyed them all.

    Finally, I want to thank my superiors and colleagues for their support and concern over the
    years.
