Projects contributed to the institute

1. Project title: Birthday Wish App


Description: This application automatically send a greeting card through E-mail and SMS on
the day of birthday of the student and faculty. On each student birthday one E-mail and SMS
send automatically to the student, counselor and DEO. Counselor responsibility is to wish the
student with a greeting card and chocolate from the Dept side. DEO takes the print out of
greeting card and display it in the notice board.

2. Project tile: University information system.


Description: In this application each faculty can upload their presentations, notes and Research
publications. Faculty have the control to give the access permissions. Faculty can also conduct the
online exams and assignments to the students.

3. Project title: Administrative duties alert system.


Description: This application send an alert SMS and E-mail to the faculty before the day faculty have
any administrative duty. Faculty may allotted for various administrative duties like invigilation,
discipline duties, Anti ranging duties and study hours on various days. Because of various tensions
faculty may forgot about their duty. This application alert the faculty through SMS and Email one day
before their duty.

4. Project title: Student History Tracking


Description: In various situations students may caught in the class room while they are using mobiles,
not come with proper dress code and few are the late comers. All the time faculty can enter the student
behavior in this application and administrative people can understand the student attitude based on the
past history retrieved from this application.
