    HOTEL RULES

    THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT UNDER
    WHICH ROOMS ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BY GUESTS AND ARE BINDING ON THEM :-

    1. PROOF OF IDENTITY: ALL GUESTS (BOTH FOREIGN & INDIAN NATIONALS) ARE
    REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE HOTEL WITH VALID PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF OFIDENTITY
    AND PROOF OF ADDRESS LIKE PASSPORT, VOTER ID CARD, DRIVINGLICENCE & VALID
    PHONE/MOBILE NUMBER AND/OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS AS PER GOVERNMENT
    REGULATIONS IN FORCE. PAN CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS ID PROOF.

    2. GUEST'S VALUABLES, CASH, JEWELLERY, ETC.: VISITORS ARE PARTICULARLY


    REQUESTED TO REGISTER ALL THE VALUABLES WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, IN
    CASE YOU FAIL TO DO SO THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF
    GUEST'S BELONGINGS OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY NOT ENTRUSTED TO THE
    MANAGEMENT

    3. NOISE AND SHOUTING: THIS IS A FAMILY HOTEL AND WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY
    RUDE, DRUNK AND ABSURD BEHAVIOR, PLEASE DO NOT SHOUT OR LISTEN TO THE TV
    IN HIGH VOLUME, DO NOT CAUSE ANY DISTURBANCE TO THE OTHER HOTEL GUEST.

    4. MANAGEMENT'S RIGHTS: THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE ABSOLUTE


    RIGHT OF ADMISSION TO ANY PERSON IN THE HOTEL PREMISES AND TO REQUEST ANY
    GUEST TO VACATE HIS OR HER ROOM AT ANY MOMENT WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS
    NOTICE AND WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON WHATSOEVER AND THE GUEST SHALL
    BE BOUND TO VACATE WHEN REQUESTED TO DO SO. IN DEFAULT, THE MANAGEMENT
    WILL BE ENTITLED TO REMOVE THE LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS OF THE VISITOR FROM
    THE ROOM OCCUPIED BY HIM OR HER AND LOCK THE ROOM.

    5. DAMAGE/DEFACEMENT TO PROPERTY: GUESTS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR


    ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY CAUSED BY THEMSELVES, THEIR FRIENDS
    OR ANY PERSON FOR WHOM THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE.

    6. HOTEL KEYS: HOTEL KEYS MUST BE DEPOSITED AT THE RECEPTION DESK


    WHENEVER GUESTS LEAVE THE HOTEL PREMISES AND AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT. IT
    IS NOT PERMITTED TO LOCK HOTEL ROOMS WITH PERSONAL LOCKS. , IN CASE THE KEY
    IS LOST OR DAMAGED A CHARGE OF INR 2000 PER KEY WILL BE CHARGED BY THE
    HOTEL.

    7. HAZARDOUS GOODS: STORING OF HAZARDOUS GOODS LIKE GAS CYLINDERS,


    COOKING STOVES, INFLAMMABLE FUELS, FIREARMS, ETC, IN THE HOTEL PREMISES BY
    GUESTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

    8. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL PREMISE AND HOTEL ROOMS ALSO
    INCLUDING HOTEL TOILETS
    9. GOVERNMENT RULES & REGULATIONS: GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO OBSERVE
    GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS IN FORCE FROM TIME TO TIME, IN RESPECT
    OF REGISTRATION, ALCOHOLIC DRINKS, FIREARMS, ETC.

    10. AMENDMENT OF RULES: THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO


    ADD TO, TO ALTER AND TO AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND
    RULES.
