    Specifications for spark arrester
    A. Approved by - Petroleum Explosives safety Organization, Nagpur
    Construction-Outer body, inlet and out let and ash box with cover - MOC-MS CRCA heavy gauge sheets & Aluminium LM 4
    internal specially designed 3 D vanes. All the MS parts are thoroughly powder coated in and out.

    Working principle: The fumes coming out of diesel vehicles can cause fires in hazards areas due to unburnt carbon
    particlessparks. To extinguish these sparks the fumes are passed through the spark arrester and through LM 4 casting. Due to
    high velocity the gases get swirled and the sparks strike the inner wall of the body and get quenched. The quenched carbon
    particles get collected in Ash box and can be periodically removed. The gases coming out are totally free from spark.

    Available in 6 models to suit all types & sizes of vehicle exhaust pipes. The arrester requires zero maintenance. The spark
    arrester is to be installed horizontally.

    maintenance. Colour: Black Matt finish These spark arrestors can be fitted easily on
    exhaust pipes of vehicles by even a lay man as we have provided 03 nos. of bolts with
    knobs.
