Lust – Thoughts out of a sexually strong desire and attraction, for a person that
is not in any way to be desired in such a manner.

We should walk by the spirit, rely on the Holy Spirits leading, as told to the
Galatians and us today in Galatians 5:16.

Also put on the whole armour against the forces of darkness as spoken

Which speaks of us having your loins girt about with truth, having on the

of peace, the shield of faith , the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the
Spirit.
