to declare an event that occured in the past , Without
Detail elements about the work done has been
completed , or Now
Formula :

Verb Form :
(+) Subject + Verb II + Object + Compliment
(-) Subject + Did + not + Verb I + Object +
Compliment
(?) Did + Subject + Verb I + Object + Compliment +?

To answer it , is using :

(-) No , Subject + Did not

(-) subject + auxilary verb (has/have) + not + verb3

(?) Auxilary verb (has/have) + subject + verb3 + ?
