    Present perfect tense is a verb tense used to express


    action that occured at a non-specifics time .

    The present tense is also used to express action that


    started in the past , but continue to the present .
    Formula :

    Verb :

    (+) Subject + auxilary verb (has/have) + verb3

    (-) subject + auxilary verb (has/have) + not + verb3

    (?) Auxilary verb (has/have) + subject + verb3 + ?
