    PETITION COURSE LETTER TO PARENT

    Dear Parents/Guardians,

    Please be informed that your son/daughter,


    (SURNAME, FIRST NAME, M.I.) ‘
    a BS ARCHITECTURE student of the College of Architecture, is requesting to open the
    course ARCH 321-3, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (LEC) with 1.0 UNIT/1HR and ARCH
    321-3L, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (LAB) with 3.0 UNIT/9 HRS as petition class.
    Since the current number of requesting students is which is below the minimum
    required class size of students, there will be an additional fee amounting to
    on top of the tuition fee which will be equally divided to all students who petitioned the
    course.

    With this, we will need yout confirmation on the request. This letter should be
    returned to the Dean’s office on or before .
