    resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, good cold and hot machining and
    welding performance, under 700 °C has a satisfactory heat intensity and high plasticity.Inconel 625 sheet

    Inconel 625 Sheet & Alloy 625 Plate (UNS designation N06625) is a nickel-based superalloy that possesses high
    strength properties and resistance to elevated temperatures. It also demonstrates remarkable protection
    against corrosion and oxidation.

    INCONEL pipes can be manufactured in both hot formed and cold formed by using typical processes. Hot
    working is mainly performed between 1600°F and 2250°F by avoiding any work between 1200°F and
    1600°F as the ductility decreases in this temperature range. This alloy contains 72% nickel which is
    resistant to several organic and inorganic compounds and provides good resistance in reducing
    conditions. The chromium content in the alloy is also an added advantage as it offers high temperature
    resistance to sulfur compounds as well as to oxidizing compounds in corrosive environments. Moreover
    it has excellent resistance to alkalis and it is one of the few materials which is used in strong solutions of
    magnesium chloride.
