    Eastern By-pass/Meetze Rd. - 23:10 - Units conducted a traffic stop where, Charles Jenkins, 48, of Culpeper, was arrested
    for DUI, Driving Suspended, Expired Registration, and Expired State Inspection. The passenger Eric Iliff, 55, of Culpeper,
    was arrested for Drunk in Public.
