Conclusion of The Study
The purpose of the study is to determine the level of loyalty and employee satisfaction of
Davao Mission Office workers, at Palm Dive, Bajada, Davao City. The finding of this study will
serve as a guide on how to motivate their employees to be more competitive and to enhance
employees’ level of satisfaction for better performance or being productive inside the
organization that one of the primary concern of every company, or to make positive employee
relations inside the organization. It employed Descriptive Research Design and was participated
by 19 office workers. In order to gather the needed data, two sets of questionnaires were used.
The first questionnaire was a 15- item test instrument designed to determine the level of
employee job satisfaction, while the other one was a 12- item test instrument designed to
determine the level of loyalty of the respondents. We employed the mean score of level of
satisfaction and loyalty of the employee of Davao Mission Office workers. Data that were
gathered were analyzed and interpreted using descriptive statistics and mean score of the data.
Results revealed that respondent’s level of employee satisfaction and loyalty is highly satisfied.
The employer might be able to maintain or reinforce more employee satisfaction to get a healthy
