Managed a very diverse fleet up to 5,000, while managing maintenance shops staffed in-house,
outsource maintenance shops onsite and subcontracted maintenance across North America for over 20
years. Implemented over 11 Transportation Management Systems integrated with ERP Systems such
as SAP and JDE. Fleet Type included but not limited to fork lifts, cherry pickers, stationary cranes for
ship loading, truck mounted cranes, crawler cranes, pipe movers, backhoes, front end loaders,
ambulances and fire trucks for refineries, vacuum trucks, tractor trailers of all types, dump trucks and
passenger vehicles of all types.

Managed pipeline projects and products and material nominations, over 300 truck movements per day
(Liquefied Petroleum Gases, Paint, Hazardous Waste, Caustics, Amines, Acids, Frac Sand, Gasoline,
Diesel, Jet Fuel), and shipping for crude oil imports and petroleum graphite and fuel coke exports.
Managed 35 distribution centers, warehouses, and terminals across North America, maintaining
inventory at economical levels of Raw Materials, Finished Products, and Feedstock for operations.
Trained, coached, and mentored supply chain mangers, distribution center managers, supervisors,
dispatchers, shipping clerks, buyers, production planners, shippers/receivers, process operators, and
union employees as a Global Supply Chain Director and as North America Transportation and Logistics
Manager.

Equipment Maintenance Division – Executive Consultant 09/2017 to Current
Grant Funding: Working with the Regional Planning Commission, The City of New Orleans, and their NOEMS
Division to secure a $450,000 grant to install an idling mitigation system to lower Green House Gas Emissions,
while reducing fuel usage, and preventing engine damage caused by idling. Continuous Improvement Projects,
successful completion of the Toyota Production System Project totally transforming the Central Maintenance
Garage, while reducing paper handling through the reduction of paper forms, creating Standard Operating
