1. INTRODUCTION
General
The purpose of the NFB Offshore Accommodation Expansion Project is to provide
additional accommodation on the North Field Bravo (NFB – Qatar) installing a new
Living Quarters platform (referred to herein as the “Additional Living Quarters –ALQ)
designed for 90 Persons on Board (POB) adjacent to and bridge linked to the existing
Living Quarters (referred to herein as the LQ).
Project Objectives
The Project will adhere to the following general principles that are consistent with
COMPANY policies and practices. Through the application of these principles, the
FACILITIES design, construction and operation of this project will be conducted in a
manner that:
Protects the safety, health and security of all personnel involved in the
project;
Complies with environmental, regulatory and permitting requirements;
Deploys effective management of quality throughout the project;
Applies sound engineering and approved best practices;
Focuses on flawless execution.
In addition, CONTRACTOR shall consider the following important Project
components as part of execution of WORK:
Management of health, safety, environment, and security (HSES) program
to meet COMPANY expectations and achieve new standards of excellence;
Close out and Implementation of Lessons Learned outlined in this
document to enhance safety, quality, constructability, operability, and

Scope Summary
Provision of a new 90 man living quarters, bridge linked to the existing NFB living
quarters including Construction Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Pre-
Commissioning and Commissioning assistance of the following:
New 4 legged jacket to support the new living quarter;

HSES Requirements
A strong HSES performance shall be a core focus for CONTRACTOR during all phases of
project execution.
As part of initial deliverables, CONTRACTOR shall develop a HSES plan for COMPANY
approval. The HSES plan shall be aligned with relevant international standards,
COMPANY requirements and in-house CONTRACTOR procedures as specified by the
CONTRACT and Scope of Work.
A full time HSES manager shall be appointed as part of the Project Management Team.
The HSES manager, supported with a dedicated team, shall work to promote and
enforce HSES compliance across the project scope.
CONTRACTOR shall pay the highest regard to safety and shall conform to:
COMPANY's HSES and permit-to-work (PTW) policy while working on
COMPANY operating FACILITIES.;
Qatar regulatory requirements and safety guidelines;
Vessel movement under COMPANY approval.
CONTRACTOR shall have the objective of achieving overall completion of the WORK
without accident or incident and is solely responsible for:
Providing a safe working environment at all sites;
The safe performance of the WORK by all personnel;
Ensuring that awareness of the importance of safety is actively promoted at all
sites;
All personnel undertaking work offshore are suitably trained and have valid
certifications, in accordance with COMPANY requirements;
SIMOPS requirements shall follow COMPANY SIMOPS Manual;
All vessels must be equipped with a Cascade Breathing Air System (CBAS);
A vessel fitted with a helideck which is not a serviceable helideck is prohibited
from entry in the field;

CONTRACTOR shall ensure full compliance with all HSES requirements report in EXHIBIT
L, applicable procedures included in the ANNEX A.12 and other HSES requirement
recalled in other EXHIBITs.
Risk Assessment
CONTRACTOR shall perform risk assessments of the FACILITIES design, fabrication, and
installation. The risk assessments shall follow COMPANY requirements and make
reference to FEED documentation. CONTRACTOR shall include in his assessments the
following:
Existing LQ Brownfield modifications, inclusive of process, structural, piping,
mechanical, electrical and instrumentation;
Installation risk assessments for jacket and topsides;
Risk assessment shall include Installation risk assessment, Construction Risk
Assessment and Pre start up safety analysis. All risk assessment shall be carried
out with representatives from both COMPANY and CONTRACTOR;
Based on the risk assessment, CONTRACTOR shall update the engineering
deliverables to fulfill the assessment outcomes. CONTRACTOR shall highlight

Government Regulations
CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the design and CONTRACTOR's procedures and
practices comply with the requirements and regulations of applicable government
authorities, including (but not limited to) Port Authorities, QP Marine Division, Ministry
of the Environment Qatar. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to coordinate all
requirements/obtain approvals as needed from the concerned government
authorities.

After the workshop, CONTRACTOR shall assume responsibility for maintaining a list of
the items identified as requiring implementation, documenting agreement with
COMPANY on the means of implementation, and tracking and documenting
completion of all Lessons Learned.
CONTRACTOR shall also develop captured Lessons Learned at the end of the Project to
identify Lessons Learned gained during project execution. This captured Lessons
Learned shall be provided to COMPANY. All lessons shall be appropriately referenced
to project documentation to provide a high level of clarity and usefulness for future
reference.
Units of measure
The NFB LQ Expansion Project shall use the International System of Units (SI) unless
stated otherwise in the FEED Documentation.
CONTRACTOR shall provide all information requested by the MWS in a timely manner;
provide access for the MWS to CONTRACTOR's vendor and SUBCONTRACTOR premises
for the purpose of MWS inspections and surveys; and cooperate and comply with the
MWS, whose responsibility shall be to ensure that marine operations are carried out in
accordance with the rules, regulations, codes, standards, and specifications defined by
COMPANY in the AGREEMENT.

Quality Assurance
Quality overview
Quality shall be a major factor of the overall project; hence the CONTRACTOR shall be
responsible for maintaining and promoting COMPANY and CONTRACTOR standards
throughout the project.
CONTRACTOR shall appoint a Quality Manager as part of the project management team
who shall have the responsibility to ensure that all quality standards are met and
adhered to.
The appointed Project Quality Manager shall be supported by a dedicated team who
shall ensure that a quality product is developed across all facets of the project scope.
CONTRACTOR shall also refer to the Contract Exhibits E and H and their Annexures
other thanks Annex A12, for Quality requirements.
Quality Planning
Quality Planning is a key factor in ensuring that the requirements of the project are
met. The Project Quality Manager in coordination with the other Project Management
Team members shall review thoroughly the contractual scope including project
specifications to determine the requirements of the COMPANY. All procedures to be
used on the project and interfaces both internal and external shall be identified and
addressed. CONTRACTOR shall perform the works in alignment with the relevant
industry, COMPANY and CONTRACTOR standards as specified by the CONTRACT and
SOW.
In accordance with these, CONTRACTOR shall develop a Project Quality Plan aligned
with COMPANY's Project Quality Plan DB-QG1-LQ-U-72-00-09-0002 and procedures,
where all quality related activities, reference project specifications and relevant
procedures are identified. The Project Quality Plan shall be issued to COMPANY for
review and approval.
The Project Quality Plan shall be based on the following key documents:

The quality plan shall be used to monitor and control the following, but not limited to,
activities involved in the project:
SUBCONTRACTOR activities, as applicable;
Certification;
Inspection and Testing requirements;
Procurement items;
CONTRACTOR deliverables and design;
Preservation of equipment / components.
Quality control
The Quality Plan and appropriate supporting documents shall specify applicable quality
controls to be applied during the project scope.
To ensure adherence to the plan is maintained, quality audits shall be conducted during
execution of the scope.
In case of any changes to the project that may impact on the proposed quality control
measures, the quality plan shall be revised for COMPANY approval accordingly.

Throughout the length of the project, key quality processes shall be measured and
performance tracked in the following areas;
Engineering;
Fabrication;
Procurement;
Marine;
QA/QC;
Relevant KPI index will be provided by COMPANY.
Quality Assurance
Adherence to the quality plan, for activities including but not limited to, the following
shall be ensured:
Implementation of COMPANY Quality Management Process, Quality Plan and
Control Procedures;
Audits of Vendors, Sub-Vendors and SUBCONTRACTORs;
Joint Inspection Test for procured material and equipment;
Vendor inspections to verify previous respective Vendor Inspection Test
findings prior to Final Inspection Release;
Vendor surveillance based on Equipment and Material Inspection Levels
defined in scope of work;
Communication of Project Specific requirements to shop floors such as;
welding consumable batch test, verification test of steel products, use of
welding procedures, additional paint tests etc.;
Weekly Quality Meetings between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR to discuss
quality issues, quality trends, welding, project procedures, QC Plans, and
inspection status;
Non Conformance Report issuing, tracking and close out.
Documentation requirements
CONTRACTOR shall develop all documents and drawings associated with the project,
inclusive of project management, engineering, fabrication, pre-commissioning and
assistance for COMPANY’s commissioning activities.

Vendor documentation shall also follow the same approach. CONTRACTOR shall
recognize this requirement and accordingly develop a documentation management
plan.

CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for monitoring and controlling the following but not
limited to:
Construction Engineering, procurement, fabrication, Mechanical Completion
and Precommissioning;
Periodic quality, safety, technical reviews and scheduled audits and advising
COMPANY of the results of such reviews, audits actions taken and any relevant
recommendations;
Co-ordination with the COMPANY as required. Preparation of a complete set
of Project Procedures for all the aspects of Services to be prepared and
submitted to the COMPANY for acceptance;
Reporting to the COMPANY in accordance with all relevant provisions of the
Contract, and / or as may be otherwise advised;
All such other management functions as may be necessary for the proper,
timely and efficient performance of the CONTRACTOR in fulfilling the
requirements of the WORK, and the CONTRACT.
Project Controls
CONTRACTOR's Project Controls activities shall include planning and
scheduling, progress measurement and reporting, forecasting, trending and
change management, cost control, reporting and invoicing in line with
COMPANY’s procedures.
CONTRACTOR shall propose (for COMPANY's approval) detailed Project
Controls procedures (in line with COMPANY’s procedures) covering planning

CONTRACTOR shall propose (for COMPANY approval) a cost phasing for the
Project in accordance with baseline schedule within 4 weeks from the award
of this CONTRACT;
Variance analysis shall be conducted monthly to analyze the actual cost in
relation to planned cost performance;
Any potential deviations shall be communicated to COMPANY as early as
practically possible through usage of Trending and/or Change Management
procedure;
CONTRACTOR shall analyze the CONTRACT performance to-date, trends and
developments and shall provide the COMPANY with forecast of expected
CONTRACT anticipated final cost on a monthly basis. The basis of forecast
calculation and assumptions made shall be clearly stated in the report;
Forecasts shall cover the life of CONTRACT and shall be phased by months for
current year and by quarters for subsequent years. Any prior year information
shall be noted as a single annual figure.
3.20.2.3 Reporting
At all times during the performance of the WORK, CONTRACTOR shall provide
COMPANY with accurate and complete information with respect to the WORK
already performed, the WORK in progress, the WORK scheduled and the
events affecting the performance for the WORK and shall make available to
COMPANY all relevant cost, planning, forecasting and reporting documents;
PROJECT Months
In all cases, and for all purpose, PROJECT Months are identical to Calendar
Months.
In all cases and for all purposes, the Cut Off Date shall be fixed at 24:00 hours
on the last Friday of each Project Month, or in the event that the last Friday of
the month falls within three days of the end of that month then the preceding
Friday shall be the cut-off date;
Monthly PROJECT Progress Report
Within 5 business days of the monthly reporting cut-off date as defined in this
Exhibit, CONTRACTOR shall issue to COMPANY a Monthly PROJECT Progress
Report, as outlined below and as agreed with COMPANY, summarizing the
status of engineering, procurement, and construction. Such report shall

Progress Measurement
CONTRACTOR to submit for COMPANY’s review and agreement, the proposed
detailed procedure for progress measurement.
The objectives of the procedure shall be accurate measurement of progress
earned, as determined by physical work completed. Actual Progress shall be

4. Engineering
General
CONTRACTOR shall use this information developed during Detail Design as a basis for
his further construction engineering and be responsible for the completeness,
accuracy, and integrity of the final product.

CONTRACTOR shall furnish all Construction and procurement engineering services for
the NFB LQ Expansion, including:
Preparation of Construction engineering drawings (shop drawings), as outlined
under the discipline scopes;
Material datasheets and MTO developed during Detail Design and relevant to
CONTRACTOR provided items, shall be verified and finalized by CONTRACTOR
during construction & procurement engineering;
Verification and endorsement of purchase requisition packages for material to
be supplied by CONTRACTOR;
Comparison and technical evaluation of vendors' bids, resulting in purchase
recommendations for material to be supplied by CONTRACTOR.
Review and APPROVAL of vendor drawings for material to be supplied by
CONTRACTOR;
Incorporation of Vendor information into the construction drawings and
deliverables;
Quality control during all phases of the Construction Engineering;
Provision of Red Mark-Up of Detail Design documents and drawings;
Provisions of data books for material within CONTRACTOR Scope of Supply
Provision of native files for all documentation;
Verification of MTO’s required for the work (based on Detail Design MTO
provided by COMPANY). CONTRACTOR shall assess and consider materials for
the work scope based on the construction engineering outcome and purchase
equipment and materials accordingly.

The FEED documents and drawing listed in EXHIBIT E shall be used as guidance by
CONTRACTOR in developing the construction engineering.
We underline that the Detail Design phase is on going and may modify basic installation

Installation Scope
CONTRACTOR shall install, mechanical complete and provide assistance to testing and
commissioning for the following telecommunication systems as a minimum for the
Additional Living Quarters (ALQ):
PAGA system Extension;
LAN Extension;
IP Telephone Network;
Entertainment System;
NDB Interface;
Topside Cabling;
Access Card Readers;
Camera systems (CCTV);
UHF Radios including Indoor coverage;
VHF Marine Radios;
VHF Aviation Radios;
Crane Radios;
Weather Monitoring system;
Video Conferencing equipment for Conference room at ALQ.

COMPANY review and APPROVAL of the requisitions and TBE shall be applicable for
equipment and materials in line with the applicable specification.
Material procurement
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the procurement of the materials as per
Responsibility Matrix. CONTRACTOR shall ensure all materials are procured in
accordance with COMPANY’s Approved Vendor List (AVL).. CONTRACTOR to provide all
spare parts (if and where applicable) required for construction through system
completion, including commissioning in accordance with COMPANY’s specification
requirements.
Procurement logistics
Procurement and Materials Management should meet the critical demands for the
delivery. CONTRACTOR’s procurement group shall accommodate project demands in
sourcing materials and equipment, and co-ordinate all logistics for safe and timely
delivery to the worksite.

Logistics
CONTRACTOR shall also, complete the process of freight forwarding and customs
clearance for his materials.
Expediting/inspection/testing
For major POs, once the PO has been issued a Kick off Meeting shall be arranged with
the vendor by the CONTRACTOR’s Project Procurement Manager. The meeting shall
include COMPANY representatives, CONTRACTOR’s Project Quality Manager, and the
CONTRACTOR’s Project Lead Expeditor to review the purchase order and all the quality
requirements applicable together with document deliverable dates on the Supplier
Document Register (SDR).
Inspection
CONTRACTOR shall note that inspection requirements shall be based on the criticality
of material being purchased. That criticality shall be assessed by the COMPANY and
submitted to the CONTRACTOR for sharing .The COMPANY shall be the final arbiter of
classification selection and may at their discretion select a higher classification if they
consider it necessary for internal reasons.
CONTRACTOR shall provide full time inspection coverage at the vendor and
SUBCONTRACTOR FACILITIES, to include 24 hour working, 7 days a week and during
holidays, where required. Resident inspectors shall be dedicated and stationed for
critical items. Kick-offs, pre-inspection, periodic progress meetings and FAT shall be
arranged at the vendor site for CONTRACTOR and COMPANY personnel.
COMPANY personnel shall have unrestricted access to the vendor facility for review
and inspection.

CONTRACTOR shall submit a detailed inspection plan and schedule for each of the
identified critical materials for APPROVAL.

Spares Requirements
Identify the 2 years’ operating spares for all equipment and advise COMPANY to
confirm those required for procurement. Spares agreed by COMPANY shall be ordered
by CONTRACTOR on behalf of COMPANY.
5. FABRICATION
General
This section describes COMPANY requirements for fabrication and construction of the
FACILITIES and is intended to supplement other documents, drawings, specifications,
and the like, as included and described elsewhere in the Scope of Work and
Attachments.
Extent and battery limits of below listed Fabrication Scope of Work will be ruled by
Responsibility Matrix and relevant procurement/supply options that COMPANY will
exercise.

CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit for APPROVAL all procedures necessary for fabrication
of the FACILITIES, as reference (but not limited to) see below list:
- Welding Book for agreed Scope of Work;
- Construction and Fabrication Sequence Plan;
- Heavy Movement & Heavy lifting procedures;
- Heavy Movement & Heavy lifting work instructions;
- Heavy Movement & Heavy lifting structural verification reports;
- Load out procedure/manual;
- Equipment and material preservation and protection procedure;
- Equipment and bulk material receiving and inspection;
CONTRACTOR shall obtain all approvals, licenses, certificates, visas, customs clearances,
and permits that are required and necessary to execute the WORK. All costs associated
with this activity shall be included in CONTRACTOR's Lump Sum CONTRACT PRICE.
CONTRACTOR shall prepare all red mark-up as-built drawings, documents, and reports
as a final and permanent record of the fabricated FACILITIES.

CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit for APPROVAL all procedures necessary for
fabrication of the FACILITIES in accordance with Project Instructions by COMPANY
CONTRACTOR shall perform all necessary engineering required for safe and efficient
fabrication of the FACILITIES in accordance with COMPANY and CLIENT specifications
and applicable laws. COMPANY shall conduct regular safety walk through’s and hold
Monthly safety meetings with CONTRACTOR Management.
Preservation
Preservation and protection procedures shall be developed by CONTRACTOR. Work to
be performed shall include the following as a minimum:

Material Control
Material control in the fabrication context is defined as the proper receiving,
segregation, preservation, storage, security, and tracking of Project equipment and
tagged items, bulk materials, consumables, and other items necessary for fabrication
and construction of the FACILITIES. The requirements of this section shall be read in
conjunction with the procurement requirements of the AGREEMENT, since material
control starts with the design engineering and procurement phases of the WORK.
CONTRACTOR shall develop Project procedures for equipment and bulk material
receiving and inspection, preservation, storage, handling, security, and tracking
throughout all phases of fabrication and provide such procedures to COMPANY for
review and APPROVAL.
CONTRACTOR shall operate and maintain a computerized material control system for
the Project and shall provide trained material control personnel for this purpose.

Inspections
CONTRACTOR shall develop for APPROVAL a fabrication inspection plan for all phases
of construction. The plan shall include but not be limited to:
Welding procedures (including weld repair);
Welder qualification;
Heat treatment;
Nondestructive examination (NDE);
Destructive testing;
Production tests;
Dimensional control;
Painting (including surface preparation);
Materials;
Positive materials identification (PMI);
Traceability;
Certification;
Documentation;
Equipment installation;
Witness points;
Hold points.

Structural
The structural fabrication description of work, activities, and procedures shall include
(but not be limited to):
Welding procedures;
Welder qualifications;
Heat treatment;
Welding sequences;
Dimensional control;
NDT;
Painting (including surface preparation);
As-built drawings and documentation.
Piping
The description of work, procedures, and activities for piping fabrication shall include
but not be limited to:
Isometric and spool drawings;
Shop fabrication/field erection;
PMI;
Welding procedures (including weld repair);
Welder qualifications;
Pipe racks, hangers, and piping supports fabrication;
Field weld/tie-in locations and procedures;
Flange makeup / bolting / joint integrity management;
Valve installation and testing;
NDE;
Hydrotest (including vents and drawings);
Dimensional control;

COMPANY shall witness pressure tests and other flushing, cleaning and drying
activities. Lines shall be thoroughly cleaned before installation of valves. As a minimum,
cleanliness shall be witnessed and approved by the QC Inspector. CONTRACTOR shall
ensure adequate notice is provided to COMPANY to permit such witnessing.
Instrumentation
Instrumentation outfitting is defined as the installation, completion, and testing of
instruments such as actuators, flow control valves and flow meters etc that shall be
installed in the pre-fabricated piping spool sections.

All safety and loss prevention outfitting and construction shall be in accordance with
COMPANY/CLIENT specifications.

Architectural
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for expedite, receipt, store, preserve and install
(including all necessary bulk fixings material like screws, rivets, bolts, sealants, etc), all
necessary Architectural materials as required by the latest AFC specifications.
CONTRACTOR shall fabricate (If required) and install the following architectural
components (but not limited to):
Firewalls
CONTRACTOR shall install and commission a complete installation of prefabricated
and/or Corrugated Steel Plate external fire walls as shown on the architectural
drawings and as detailed by the wall Suppliers fabrication drawings, all in accordance
with Shell DEP 37.01.10.11-Gen, Design of Offshore Topsides FACILITIES Against Fire
and Blast Loading.
Supplier shall install all major elements as pre-fabricated panels if applicable, complete
except for dry insulation which shall be supplied and installed by CONTRACTOR and
internal protective linings which shall be supplied shipped loose by the wall
manufacturer and installed by CONTRACTOR.
CONTRACTOR shall generally procure, fabricate and install all mild steel swaged
support plates and angles required for fixing the cladding panels to the module steel
frame and all seal plates as detailed on firewalls Suppliers’ drawing packages where
indicated “by others”.
CONTRACTOR shall install all passive fire protection systems as shown on the
architectural and wall Supplier drawings to the designated fire, thermal and acoustic
requirements in strict accordance with the relevant certifying authority’s fire
certificates. No deviation shall be permitted and the installation shall be witnessed and
approved by CONTRACTOR’S representative.

CONTRACTOR shall supply all necessary fixings including but not limited to screws,
rivets, bolts, sealants, etc.
Ceiling
CONTRACTOR shall select, subject to COMPANY’s approval, the SUPPLIER for all
suspended ceilings and feature ceiling treatments to be used.
Deck Finishes
5.9.4.1 Floor Screeds
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for expediting receipt, and storage of all necessary
materials as required by the latest AFC specifications and schedules, including but not
limited to all latex or epoxy screed components, cork or other sound-proofing
materials, and resinous compounds for self-finished screed flooring. All materials
supplied by CONTRACTOR shall conform to the requirements of the Certifying Authority
as necessary, and such certification information shall be passed to COMPANY in such
manner as requested.

insulation, ceramic fiber, reinforced aluminum vapor barrier, sealing tape, wire mesh,
expanded metal lathing, friction grip washers, intumescent epoxy fire protection
materials and syntactic phenolic foam materials. All materials supplied by
SUBCONTRACTOR shall conform to the requirements of the Certifying Authority as
necessary and such Certification information shall be passed to CONTRACTOR in such
manner as requested.
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for fixing insulation and applying intumescent epoxy
fire protection system to the surfaces of structural steel and proprietary external
cladding systems as required by the latest AFC drawings, specifications and in
accordance with the Certifying Authority.
External Doors
CONTRACTOR shall install all the doors under supervision and to the satisfaction of the
COMPANY. CONTRACTOR shall then maintain responsibility for the total installation of
all doors to the approval of COMPANY.
External Windows
CONTRACTOR shall install all external windows in accordance with the manufacturer’s
installation instructions supplied by CONTRACTOR.
Elevator
CONTRACTOR shall install and pre-commission the Elevator in accordance with Supplier
Supervision and Installation instructions supplied by Manufacturer.
Sanitary Ware

CONTRACTOR shall position and fix all sanitary ware making due allowance for the
interfacing required with the other services. Sanitary ware fittings shall be fitted as
listed within the sanitary ware schedule. Plumbing works will be carried out by the
CONTRACTOR and in accordance with project Plumbing Installation Specification.
Sauna Room
CONTRACTOR shall install the sauna and sauna equipment under supervision and to
the satisfaction of COMPANY.
Built-In Furniture
CONTRACTOR shall install the built-in furniture, bunks and beds, and hand rails.
Handrails shall be limited to stainless steel handrails within the internal stair case and
internal changes in level within the LQ.
The hospital bath, W.C. and washbasins in the sick bay area will be plumbed in by
CONTRACTOR, following final positioning and fixing.

Signage
All platform and safety information signs and Platform Identification signs as indicated
on drawings and schedules shall be installed by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR will be
responsible for fixing the signs as appropriate to doors, partitions, linings or frames, or
equipment by means of screws, bolts, special adhesive or stainless steel banding tape
as indicated. All such fixings shall conform to the requirements of the Certifying
Authority.
Introduction
CONTRACTOR shall Load-out the FACILITIES (ALQ, Helideck, Bridges, Jacket and Piles)
onto COMPANY Barges alongside CONTRACTOR Jetty.

Sea-fastening
CONTRACTOR shall survey all points of interface between the structure or any part of
the FACILITY being transported and the transportation barge/vessel and shall fabricate
and install all necessary sea fastenings
CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all sea fastenings between the structure or any
part of the FACILITY being transported and the transportation barge shall be
compatible with the particular structural arrangements required for offshore
installation.
Load-out
CONTRACTOR shall undertake the Load out which shall be carried out in accordance
with specifications and shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
Provision of all necessary load-out documents including procedures and
analysis, which shall be submitted to COMPANY and/or MWS for approval;
