    PLAN OF ACTION

    Current Issues:

    (1) Less Representation by the North Region Placement Committee


    (2) Calling Sheets not updated with the correct details of all SPC and JPC accounts
    (3) Miscommunication among Team members.

    Plan of action: To solve the above issues respectively.

    (1) Plan schedules accordingly so as to make sure that atleast 4 members from the
    north region placement committee are always present in the office.
    (2) Update all the calling sheets and make sure no accounts clash from any JPC or SPC
    account.
    (3) Proper Communication channel is to be maintained as to ensure no important
    information or E-Mail is missed out.
