    This report summarizes the analysis of a honey extract sample submitted by Reala N. Zabat. The yellow, turbid liquid extract was tested against three microorganisms - Aspergillus fumigatus, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. The tests measured the zone of inhibition, or area around the extract that prevented microbial growth. The undiluted honey extract showed zones of inhibition against A. fumigatus and S. aureus but not E. coli. The results are valid only for the tested sample at the time of testing and cannot be used for advertising.
