    Before going to the debate, I would like to address the rules:


    a) Time for each speaker is 5 minutes
    b) After the 1st minute, I will clap once and the POI is allowed
    c) After the 4th minute, I will clap once and the POI is closed
    d) After the 5th minute, I will clap twice then in 20 second I will clap continuously. It means that
    you must end your speech.
    e) Time for reply speaker is 3 minutes, and after 3rd minute, I will clap twice then in 20 second I will
    clap continuously. It means that you must end your speech.
