Principles of Truth
If you remain in my word, you will truly be my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you
free. John 8:31-32
Significance of Truth
We are living in the world of darkness full of lies and deceit, because we know that this is the place where the father
of all lies resides.
Points to Ponder:
Truth is an important to society because it is a condition for freedom.
Truth entails transparency, honesty, integrity, sincerity and humility.
The most essential quality for leadership is not perfection but credibility: Being truthful.
Honesty should be applied in all our roles in life- as a spouse, parent, child, sibling, teacher, colleague, superior,
subordinate, public servant, etc.
Identify the fruits of a culture as against the negative effects of a culture of lies.
The truth entails sacrifices and effort but is worthy cause that highlights our own capacity as persons to do well
and live with integrity.
When I doubt about a certain issue that tends to challenges one’s integrity, look towards the “Absolute Truth” that
is God and discover that only good things of value and those that esteem truth spring forth Him (“I am the way, the
truth and the life” --- John 14:7)
No one has a monopoly on truth. In the end, the truth always prevails.

Proverbs 22:22-23
Principles of Equality
Equality proclaims that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights;
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth therein, without distinction of any kind, committing
States to take all possible measures to ensure non-discrimination in the enjoyment of all human rights.
Biblical Perspective
From the Creator ‘made them male and female’ and said ‘for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and
be join with his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’. So they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore, what
God has joined together, let no man put asunder. Matthew 19:4-7
Biblical Perspectives
God gave man the power to think, to know what is good and what is right. And has the freedom to choose and to
decide, because human was not created like a robot. God wants His children to exercise this power and freedom for
the good and for His glory.
What is Peace?
In its purest form, peace is inner silence filled with the power of truth. Peace is the prominent characteristic of what
we call a civilized society, and the character of a society can be seen through a collective consciousness of its
members.
Peace is living free without doubt and fears. Learning to trust God and putting all our worries in His hands
VALUE OF UNITY
Biblical Principles of Unity
Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. Psalms 133:1
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house will
not be able to stand. Mark 3:24-25
What is Unity?
Origin of Love
The Bible indicates that love is from God. In fact, the Bible says "God is love." Love is one of the primary
characteristics of God. Likewise, God has endowed us with the capacity for love. This capacity for love is one of the
ways in which we are "created in the image of God."
This is not a conditional love or the type of love one may try to use to earn favors or expect validation, rather this is a
universal and unconditional love that recognizes the beauty in life every moment. It is of a higher nature.
It is in the sharing and giving of love to others that we receive the same that we give.
Points to Ponder:
To love is to will the good of another.
Love is a decision here, now and forever.
Love is a commitment to action, an intellectual and thoughtful decision
Love entails responsibility, sacrifice and service
Love is the key to our Nation’s progress. A giant step to national reconciliation and resolution.
Love cures people-both the ones who give it and the ones who receive it.
The Law of Love surpasses every other law.
The true measure of Love loves without measure.
Love is a gift from God and God himself. He who lives in love lives in God.
