1. Melt butter over low heat
2. slowly and little by little add flour and mix with wisk to make a roux
3. Add water litle by little while mixing.
4. Add pepper

6. add a little bit of water to get the consistency of gravy..
Hotshots
1. Cut chicken fillet to bite size or hotshot size.
2. Add pepper, chilli powder, and salt and mix well and then set aside

4. Drenched chicken fillet to flour mixture.
5. Coat with lightly beaten egg
6. Drench with flour again
7. Fry till crispy
8. Serve with a smile.

GARLIC MINCED
ONION MINCED
GROUND PORK (COOKED)
FRIED SCRAMBLED EGG CHOPPED
COOKED RICE 5 CUPS
SOY SAUCE 1 AND 1/2 TABLESPOON
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
PREPARATION
1. Heat up oil.
2. Saute Garlic and onion until translucent
3. Add cooked ground pork, saute
4. Add cooked scrambled egg
5. Add rice and stir until everything is well combined.
6. Add Kang-Kong (Water Spinach) at the very end before turning it off
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Enjoy
