    Dear Principals, Teachers in Charge, and Parents of AMO 2017 Contestants,

    You are cordially invited to attend our American Mathematics Olympiad (AMO) 2017
    Prize Giving Ceremony on Saturday, November 25th, 2017.

    This event will celebrate the exceptional performance of AMO 2017 winners (gold,
    silver and bronze medals) and acknowledge their hard work and achievement.

    The details of the ceremony are as follows:

    Day/Date : Saturday/November 25th, 2017

    Venue : Auditorium of PENABUR Kelapa Gading


    Jalan Boulevard Bukit Gading Raya Blok A5-A8
    Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

    Registration : 07.00 - 07.55 AM

    Time : 08.00 – 09.30 AM

    Dress code : Respective School Uniform (Students)


    Batik (Parents and teachers)

    It is important that contestants and parents/teachers arrive on time. Due to limited


    seating, the invitation is valid for one contestant and one parent/guardian, and
    maximum two teachers for the school candidates.

    To appreciate the effort of the contestants who do not earn a medal, we will issue
    certificates of participation. We will set up our Small Glass Room on this day for
    teachers (school candidates) or parents (private candidates) to collect the certificates
    from 07.00 – 09.00 AM.

    We very much hope that you will be able to join us for what we hope will be a
    celebration of success. Please feel free to contact me should you require any further
    information regarding our Prize Giving Ceremony, and I would like to take this
    opportunity to once again congratulate all winners of AMO 2017.

    To all the contestants- we are very proud of you for stepping up to the AMO 2017.
